Return/Refund Policy

We are sorry, but we can not accept returns for books, patterns, needles or yarns on sale. We will accept returns on all other unopened skeins.

For all yarn returns, The Yarn Outlet will be happy to issue a merchandise credit to be used on any future order.

Every Yarn Outlet order will arrive with an itemized invoice. To return or exchange any or all of the items from your order, please complete the return instructions on the reverse side of the invoice and mail the form and merchandise to:
